Qualifications

·  Five years management and/or business experience required.

·  Strong leadership, customer service, and interpersonal communication skills.

·  General office and computer skills required.

·  Basic understanding of plumbing and HVAC systems.

Job Description

·  Manage day to day activities of HVAC and plumbing service team, including dispatching of technicians and scheduling of jobs.

·  Assist in hiring of labor as necessary to meet current service needs.

·  Perform daily service billings.

·  Constant communication and follow-up with customers.

·  Work with management team to enhance employee morale, productivity and safety.

·  Reporting specific monthly and annual revenue profit targets.

·  Assist in collection of accounts receivable as required.

 

 

Office Assistant- Installation Dept.- Full-time position-

M-F 8:00am-4:30pm

Qualifications

·  Good phone and people skills.

·  Assist project management team with office work.
