Welcome to the Rusty's Inc. employees page. Here we will post any new company news and notices, as well as, information on training and upcoming Rusty's and industry events. You'll also be able to view Tom's monthly newsletter and weekly quotes. The focus groups seem to be doing well. Meeting schedules are posted in the shop as well as on the "Upcoming Events" page (see link above). See below for more info. Work loads are high!! We're looking for an experienced service manager and an office assistant for the install department. Thank You all for your extra efforts in these extremely busy times. We've added a lot of new faces around the shop these days (We're now up to 57). There would be no "Rusty's" without the hard work and dedication of our employees. FOCUS GROUPS Safety Committee- The primary function of this group is to address safety issues that may concern our company, and to recommend new policies, programs, and training towards these issues. The committee will also review accident reports to try and recognize trends that may be occurring, and make recommendations to correct these trends. "Kangaroo Court"- The role of this group is to address the operational issues affecting our company. What can be done to improve the function and organization of our company. This group will review existing policies and make recommendations for revisions and additions of new policies. This group will also make recommendations for discipline and consequences of policy violations. "Brainiacs"- The function of this group is to simply "brainstorm" new ideas to help make our company more profitable and a better place to work. This group will also discuss and help evaluate new opportunities for increasing sales. Each focus group will meet once a month, after work, with pay. All employees will be separated into three (3) employee groups, which will participate in each focus group on a three (3) month rotation. (In other words, you'll be on a focus group for 3 meetings, then change to another focus group.) At each meeting, the group will also include a member of our management team. At every other shop meeting (every three months), a report from each focus group will be presented to the company, along with management's response. Attendance at meetings of your groups is considered part of your job. If you cannot attend a meeting, you must let Mike R. know in advance.
